ZAFEMU is a national Islamic federation — Shura-led, Sharia-compliant, community-owned — working in all 10 provinces to uplift Deen and Dunya. وما توفيقي إلا بالله

Our Story — Qissatuna

ZAFEMU — Zambian Federation of Muslim Unity was founded in 2018 by Ulama, educators and businessmen in Lusaka who saw the need for a united, transparent, Zambian-led Islamic body.

From one Madrasah classroom in Olympia to 42 Masajid & Madrasahs, 15,000+ members and welfare in 112 districts — by the Izn of Allah, we grow through Ikhlas, Shura and Khidmah. We are apolitical, Madhhab-inclusive (upon Qur'an & Sunnah), and proudly Zambian.
